Yes, it’s official news is that Mac External graphical processors(eGPU) are support macOS in 10.13.04 versions. Apple officially announced that macOS Sierra 10.13.04 is ready to support eGPUs.

You need Thunderbolt3 port which comes in Macbooks 2016 and later editions.Even iMacs 2017 and later versions are support along with it.In Mac general applications Metal,OpenGL and OpenCL will use thie eGPU.

Using USB-C ports number of connections for multiple devices is possible now.
