Description:

while try to delete mail in inbox from Horde mail interface it is giving the trash folder is not created.Here is the error report,

Solution:

This issue will raise generally After update the cpanel version sometimes mail folder will not assign automatically.Here is the steps to resolve the issue.

– Log in to mail service using credentials.

– After open Horde mail service click on options Tab on Top right hand side.

– In General Options Click on Server and Folder Information.From here Change mail    server and folder settings.

Client tried to access nonexistent namespace
– in Server and Folder Information.check the folders for Drafts,Trash,Spam folder.Folders should be like below mention.

                 Drafts folder: Drafts
                 Trash folder:  Trash
                 Spam folder: Junk

Client tried to access nonexistent namespace01
– Now Try to delete the mails from inbox.
