How To Configure DNS for Office 365 In cPanel

For Access Microsoft Office 365 from the cPanel shared hosting follow the below steps,

– Log in to the Hosting Control panel.

– Click on Edit DNS entries.

– Here add the records in the following format.

Record                        TTL  IN  Record Type Priority  Weight Port  Hostname

SRV _sip _tls                 3600 IN   SRV          100       1      443   sipdir.online.lync.com
    SRV _sipfederationtls _tcp    3600 IN   SRV          100       1      5061  sipfed.online.lync.com

_ After that add the below cname records,

    sip           3600 IN CNAME sipdir.online.lync.com.
     lyncdiscover  3600 IN CNAME   webdir.online.lync.com.  .
