Unable to start Deployer because there is another Deployer run

Problem:

When we are working on Migration Manager it showing this error.Migration was failed.

Solution:

-Log in to the Remote server.
-open the following path…C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PMM
-Clear the following folder.
-msessions
-rsessions
-tasks

-Restart Plesk migration agent in the server.

-If you still faing this issue Reboot the server once and start Plesk migration Agent
