The domain is still suspended for the following reason: This user account and user’s domain were suspended

Problem:

When i try to unsuspend the domain from plesk control panel it is giving me the following error.The domain is still suspended for the following reason: This user account and user’s domain were suspended.But the user account was active status.i treid to unmark the option when backup generate site will not avilable from backup manager.that is also not working.

Solutions:

1.Log in to the Remote server.
2.Open command prompt.
3.Go to the following path
c:\progrmafiles\Parallels\plesk\admin\bin\domain.exe –on test.com.
