How To Resolve xmlrpc error: Expected <param> to have 1 children, found 0

Issue:

ERROR: SWKeyExFatalError
xmlrpc error: Expected <param> to have 1 children, found 0

When parallels open it is showing the above error.

Solutions:

– Log in to the the server.

– Go to the following path.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\repository

(oR)

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk1\admin\repository

– Check the size of registry.xml file.If it is zero size delete it.

– Restart the plesk services from plesk Monitor Tray.

– Now Try to access the parallels Plesk.It will generate new registry.xml file at server end.
