How To Resolve SMTP Non-Delivery Report (NDR) when  attempt to send mail to Outlook users

Description:

When sending any mail to live or hotmail accounts mails are not delivering and not showing any error message.

Issue:

Hot mail or live mail exchangers are considers as mail are sending unauthorized mail id.So we need to validate the Sender ID in local exchanger.

 

How To Resolve SMTP Non-Delivery Report

Steps:

To resolve this need to update the following TXT record.

      v=spf1 -all
Record should be add like the below,replace the domain name at domain.com

  domain.com IN TXT v=spf1 -all

Usually it will take 48 hours to update the records globally.Validate the records in hosting control panel or domain control panel.Once propagation completes try to send mail from your domain email account to hot mail or live mail account.
